My name is Mase Rasti and I am a realtor in Toronto with over a decade of experience under my belt. When I first got into this business I was undergoing a BBA with a minor in Marketing from York University. A very successful agent, who had seen my passion and love for helping people achieve their goals and dreams, urged me to take a further look into becoming a real estate professional.
Now after being in this business for over ten years, after selling over 300 million dollars in properties, and seeing how much my work helps my clients; I can truly say that choosing this path was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.
I am dedicated to understanding the needs of all my clients—and I do this by taking all of their real estate needs and concerns into consideration. Past clients have called me driven, energetic, and hardworking. I do not know if I am deserving of all of those beautiful accolades but I am certain of one thing: I understand the value of commitment and honesty. These two pillars are paramount to my life inside and outside of the real estate world.
My previous experience includes being a team leader in a boutique brokerage where I managed a team of fifteen agents and marketing professionals. I have been a senior partner at Sam McDadi Real Estate - the number one real estate team in Mississauga and across the GTA. Along with these real estate projects, I have also helped several new builders and developers get started in the private sector. My favorite part of the sales process in real estate is marketing properties. My marketing team and I are always testing new and creative strategies to help our clients achieve the best results possible!
As for my favorite types of properties to sell: I specialize in luxury real estate. Everything from the large lots of land down to the custom finishes makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. I have been presented with two very prestigious awards in regards to selling this type of real estate: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Million Dollar Guild Designation.
On a more personal note: In my spare time, I am always trying to learn something new. These days, after a long workday, I like to come home to learn more about classical piano, boxing, fishing, and meditation.When I am not busy working or learning I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also feel an altruistic responsibility to give back to my community. I do this by regularly mentoring young people and volunteering whenever I have a free moment.
